- Stains, missing and damage will be charged from the cash or credit card deposit.
- The deposit for the stay is made in cash or credit card. We do not accept checks.

The house has an amazing view better than the one in the fotos. There is a fantastic net in the terrace facing the sea where you can have a nap or read a book. All 3 x rooms are spacious. The entire house is much more spacious than it looks in the pictures. Very good money for value. It is also very quiet. The doormen are really nice, Severino is a gem and will help you in any possible way if needed. I will definitely stay there again and will recommend. The sunsets are amazing. The host was very quick replying to a query and I had a very good time there. 2 minutes walking from the beach, restaurants and grocery shops in a safe neighbourhood. Check in and check out with reception so no issues there. There was only one thing that was awful - leaving 😉
