Location at Copacabana beach is awesome. Apartment building has no amenities like pool, gym or spa so really it was quite expensive for what we got - but it was New Years so we didn't worry too much. Apartment had three bedrooms, master was a good size, other too were small, and living and dining area quite small. Local gangs controlled the parking out front, but that was OK, paid the fee and our car was looked after! The boys were helpful when they realised we were ok with the set up and even gave them a tip.
Had a few problems booking and paying but staff were helpful and we sorted it out. Location was excellent.
Keys were not available when we checked in, had to wait for owner to drop off. We noticed one toilet not flushing when we did the check-in inspection. Agent said he would send maintenance but we were there for 6 days and no-one showed up.
