Guests will have access to the entire apartment privately, as well as access to the common areas of the condominium.

- Liability for disturbances and damages that may cause guests invited to the apartment.
- Use and possession of drugs and illicit substances within the building.
- No smoking!
- Improper behavior in common areas of the building.
- Only family groups are allowed for seasonal rentals.
- Events, parties and any activity that is not typical of a residential property are not allowed.
- Stains, missing and damage will be charged from the cash or credit card deposit.
- The deposit for the stay is made in cash or credit card. We do not accept checks.
